The problems of categorizations and interactions of interests. This article continues our previous studies of the subject of interest (see Credo 2000, NN 2-4). The problem of establishing a profound categorization of interests lacks general methodological approaches. The author is mainly focused on the present foundations that play the essential role in the system formation and are subordinate to the problem of combination of interests. In particular, it is shown that substitution of the interest by the need and other practical effects is inappropriate, thus demonstrating the importance of studying the problem of interest. Nagornaiy O.V. Ethnocentrism and the ways to overcome its negative consequences. Ethnocentrism is an objective phenomenon that is aimed at preserving national peculiarities of culture. Nevertheless, this phenomenon has negative traits. We propose that the universal values will help in overcoming negative features of ethnocentrism. Solodkaya M.S. The methodological basis, social ideals and ways to optimize the reliability of the systems of socio-technical control. The rational re-structuring of the systems of socio-technical control requires clarification of methodological basis, social ideals and approaches to raise the reliability of these systems. Considering the historical and methodological reconstructions of reliability, the social ideals of this process and ways of its optimization, the author tracks the evolution of the paradigms of reliability, from the “componental” to the “structural” and “informative” reliability. The examples of the interaction between these types of reliability are analyzed. Tomin O.P. The philosophical aspect of interreligious dialogue in the Roman society in II-IV centuries A.D. This study is dedicated to the great men of antiquity and their eagerness to maintain the contact between religions at the philosophical level. These endeavors linked theology with life filled with myth and fairy tales. The interreligious dialogue had promoted the cease of religious persecution of Christians and had given the strength of philosophy to Christianity. This article suggests looking at the religious life of II-IV centuries from the viewpoint of philosophical writings that were tightly mingled with religion. An attempt is made to compare the views of Stoic, Platonic and Christian authors on theology, personality and the reason of living. The religious life of the respective classes of the Roman society, as well as freedom of conscience should be considered, especially in the analysis of the works of Cicero and other thinkers of antiquity Yuldasheva G.A. To the problem of understanding and interpretation of the historical process as a factor of self-determination of the personality. The author considers the problem of understanding and explanaition of historical process as factors of self-determination of the personality. Naoumenko T.V. On the problem of freedom of the press and journalism. Freedom is always freedom of action, i.e., action of any subject because only the subject can possess freedom in its characteristic meaning of the ability to act. Freedom of the press and journalism is, in fact, a juridical standard reduced to the mode of behaviour that is permitted by the state. Muhamadiev R. Sh. "Hamlet" as a Tragedy of Christian Sacrificial Feat. The article entitled "Hamlet" as a Tragedy of Christian Sacrificial Feat” is the first exhaustive interpretation which restores the genuine intention of William Shakespeare's great piece. This study also refutes the play as a tragedy of revenge, the idea that is prevalent until now. For the first time in the history of literary criticism it is proved that, along with the ancient Scandinavian saga of Amlet, Shakespeare had used two other sources, i.e., the Biblical legend of the Israeli judge Iaffe and his daughter, as well as the spiritual testament of John Shakespeare, the playwright's father. This fact allowed the author of the study to radically change the stereotype formed for centuries, and to prove that "Hamlet" is a tragedy of Christian sacrificial feat but not a tragedy of revenge, as it was commonly believed.
