About Life Credo.

The author introduces and discusses "Life Credo" definition in a form of "Socrat's" discussion. In addition he defines more accurately necessary notions about the idea, the becoming, the thing, the personality, the socio-historical imperative and others. The work was published with abridgements in 1988. Now it is the first complete issue.

What is Truth?

A fundamental problem of the classical concept of truth is brought under investigation here, that is the meaning of statements' conformity to the objective reality. An essentially novel though quite formal in pattern interpretation of the classical concept of truth is set forth in this paper. The problem is considered utilizing methods of modern logic. Nevertheless an attempt has been made to avoid unnecessary logic-mathematical complexities and to lay special emphasis on a conceptual aspect of the problem.

The beginning of moral philosophy of V. Solovyov by comparison with Kant s Copernican revolution .

This paper subjects to comparative analysis of moral philosophy of V.Solovyov and Kants doctrine. Point of departure of this article is the different conception of will. Solovyov propose the will as an absolute arbitrariness and base his moral philosophy on the new concept of human being. The author as an analogue of Coperrnican revolution interpreted this approach.

Lessons of transcendental turnover of I.Kant

The author presumes, that the system of I.Kant is directed against the extremes (oppositions) - first of all, these are rationalism, empirism and mysticism. The system of I.Kant completely differs from Hegel's speculative monism. The trichonometric structure of the system of I.Kant reflects the dual nature of the human being.

The theory about an immortality of soul in neoplatonics and neopythagoreans philosophy.

One of the first which presented speculative deductions about an immortality of soul was Greek philosophy. After Plato and Socrates the theory about an immortality of soul were worked out by representatives of neoplatonism and by neopythagoreans. The search of means of escaping from sin and sewage was turned against scepticism and pessimism which dominated in Roman society in the first century A.D. In neoplatonism pagan cogitation made the last attempt to find out truth, and destroy impediment which separated humans from God.

Existential aspect of the religious philosophy of Hinduism

Hinduism is characterized by definite existential features of its main elements of religious consciousness, as the way of search for the highest transcendental principle inside oneself and its adequate application to the content of existence in the surrounding material reality. The ultimate existential goal of human existence in this life is to achieve the unity with the "Absolute Reality", or Brahman, which is possible after complete liberation itself (Moksha) from chains of cause and effect ties of material life (Samsara). Hinduism offers its own existential philosophical "method" of attaining that.

In the article there are examined 3 works of samarian philosophers (Konev, Lehtsier, Rasinov), who represent philosophical establishment in Samara. The author of the article considers their works to be the most demonstrative for the general condition of Russian philosophical thought. The conclusion about following philosophical preferences the both in Samara and in whole Russia is drawn: a favour of interesting works over acknowledged nowadays abroad; conventional Marxism as attribute of qualification; a problem of access to a vast audience.

The subject of this article is extreme forms of the thief's cultures. There is investigated the specifics of their psychology and consciousness. Criminality is understood as one of immanent forms of human development, which originated from some social and anthropological causes. There is considered the main traits of such organized forms of criminality as a mafia and Russian "thieves-in-law". The author strived to describe chief indications of their anthropological-psychological portrait. There are a natural predilection for hedonism, the specific form of socialization and a brutality. In addition there is ascertained that professional criminals have their specific ideology which can be named as an extreme viewpoint.

Law nihilism: philosophical and anthropological foundations.

Positive and negative attitude to right arise in two different types of it interpretation and philosophical anthropology. According to the first type the greatest value is considered to be superindividual and right is thought as developed dures and is denied Such approach to right interpretation spreaded in XIX-XX centuries Soviet and Russian philosophy. According to the second type the greatest value is considered to be an individual and his freedom, and right is thought as his realized freedom. On the basis of this approach right development way is carried out. To follow it Russia should change "superindividual" paradigm of right understanding, recognize an individual as the greatest value and turn to "anthropological" right interpretation.

This article combines an overview of the theoretical approaches to the problem of political consolidation and stability in new democracies with empirical observations of the problems of the global democratization process.
