V.E.Semenkov This article continues the theme, developed in two articles that have early been published in the magazine Credo New, of the current philosophical situation in Russia.This article is devoted to the state of the Ekaterininburg Philosophy Association.The author marks out two basic strategies of this Association. The author draws our attention to the latent controversy in this Association as the result of different strategies of its members and names reasons of the low level of this polemics.
V.V.Varava Into Russia heightened interest to a problem of death which draws attention of representatives from various areas of knowledge is marked. Still recently the phenomenon of death has been deleted from an orbit of humanitarian and natural sciences. The culture can impose from time to time known ideological interdiction on reflections about death. Today the abundance of interpretations allows to characterize rightfully the developed situation as "thanatology the Renaissance".
V.F.Krivushina This article is devoted to the consequental analysis of urgent issue similarity and difference be-tween two forms (Russian and French) of organic life philosophy/ In the first part the similarity and difference of Grigoryev and Bergson ?s life philosophy are analysed. In second part the literary - criti-cal projection of these life philosophy is discussed. Finally, in third the existential - personality aspects of problem are given.
K.A.Kukso The article looks the relation of Heidegger's language's ontology to the problem of historic genesis of symbolic. The initial basis of language found by Heidegger as a representation of nonsence of being-to-the death is compared to beginning of language represented in archaic in the article. The productivity of such comparision is evident - the ontology of language, historic antropology and pa-leolinguistics shout to one another.
S.J.Simakov This article represents attempt of "phenomenological perusal" of Max Sheler's anthropology. It becomes possible thanks to correlation of late anthropological ideas of the German philosopher with his early phenomenology. And the phenomenology of a life, or phenomenology body present frameworks for such correlation, in our opinion. Such an interpretation enables to consider Max Sheler's anthropology as the moment of development of a united problematic and not as radically new stage in creativity of the German thinker.
S.M.Boguslavskaya In this article the author analyse the view point of the representative of realistic trend in marxist gnosiology in Great Britain in 70-80 years of the XX-th century, that has being developed in the limits of the so called "university" marxism in R. Bhaskar's papers. The author analises transcendental realism possibilities in substantiation of the scientific rationality upgrowth. The methodological peculiarities of the social scientific knowledge (especially the heuristic possibilities of marxist methodology in social sciences) are cleared out. The author basing on the R.Bhaskar`s papers shows how new ontology is supposed by the social activity of science.

The social space characterizes a society from extent, connections and divisions of human activity and pub-lic attitudes.
M.M.Shumilov The folded scientific pictures of essence of "political globalization" are expounded in the article. The fact of variety and contradiction of conceptual approaches in relation to essence of this process in a worldwide policy is explained.
R.Lazarov The paper makes an abstract-theoretical attempt at substantiating the fact that the state as an organization aiming at collective goals on a macroeconomic level is not capable of guaranteeing the individual goals of economic development. This could only be achieved by market, since on the whole it is based on individual economic freedom and private ownership. Under this condition the knowledge embodied in technological innovations, and in the formal and informal rules /institutions/ underlying the functioning of an economic system turn into a creative force acting from individual towards systematic /macroeconomic/ level. This is namely the essence of organic modernization through an efficient market order. On the contrary, "catch-up" development is a strategy, which as a rule is accomplished "top-to-bottom", and its nature is juxtaposed to the market order drive.
V.N.Lukin The author examines the problem of popular trust in political institutions which is considered to be vital to democracy. It is shown that cultural theories of trust emphasizing its exogenous determi-nants compete with institutional theories emphasizing endogenous influences, and both can be differ-entiated into micro- and macro variants. Integrated institutional variants of trust theories supported by W. Mishler, R. Rose and M. Hetherington are analyzed.

He emphasizes the positive influence of modern Russian legislation on the process of evaluation of a civilized business-making in Russia, especially in the sphere of finance.
