V.I. Moiseev To philosophy and mathematics of R-analysis. Part 2

The paper is the continuation of the 1st part. As earlier, the paper is devoted to a project of new mathematics, where quantity is organised in systems of so called gallaxies, relatively closed regions of quantity with own qualitative characterisics. A new kind of quantitative processes, wich cross the galaxy boundaries, is investigated. R-functions are introduced as maps between the galaxies. R-analysis is defined as a new direction of mathematics dealing with R-functions and R-invariancy. The structure of so called finite natural numbers is investigated in this part. Besides finity, this numbers have an angular parameter, so called angle of being, which demonstrates a cyclic nature of finite numbers in different numerological and metaphysical traditions. The finite numbers hold one circle of a spiral and are the measures of so called plerons regions of being with a completeness.

V.I.Medvedev Wittgenstein and Transcendentalism: Does It Make Sense

To Speak About Things That Cant Be Said?

Linguistic turn of the early XX century brought in itself a kernel of transcendentalism: language was realized in it as a universal condition of knowledge. This transcendentalistic potential was almost fully ignored by analytical philosophy of the first half of the century. Wittgenstein is quite another matter. The difference between said and shown has a great significance to him: it is possible to speak about the world, but not about the subject and not about the way language represents the world, according to Wittgenstein. Unfortunately, all the content of the Tractatus proves to be illegal in this case: exactly the things which cant be said are discussed here. Wittgensteins position is dual: he both recognizes transcendental nature of philosophy and protests against it. This duality is not casual. In opposition to logical positivism Wittgenstein during his whole philosophical biography was interested with things that cant be said, with the inexpressible. Having exposed the scientific senselessness of the metaphysical and ethical problems, he does not propose to throw them away and to lock ourselves in the sphere of objective science. But the problem of the philosophys peculiar relation to the language was not worked out by the thinker.

A. E. Petrosyan Another face of Janus(The nature of leadership and its relation to management) Second article The outlines of a new theory

Leadership is neither a special function of management nor an alter ego living in managers body but opposing his own self. However leaders certainly possess a series of attributes imparting some peculiarity to them, a difference from all other manifestations of human nature. They hold their own scope for work and particular means of its accomplishment. In short, leadership is not equal to management and represents, in a sense, something opposite to it.

In turn, the chief method of administration is management while governance mostly employs leadership as the main channel of influencing people. Thus, representing two faces of rule, leadership and management appear as twin-born antipodes. They have opposite orientations and a common intention - forcing people to attain the goals preset.
